My background

I hold an MsC in Computing at Bournemouth University.

My research

During my PhD project, we are developing a new algorithm in order to effectively evaluate the generalisation capability of a classifier in ill-posed datasets i.e. when the number of dimensions largely exceeds the number of patterns. To these means we are modifying existing oversampling techniques to enhance the robustness of statistical approaches in unknown data samples.
